“Bruchot habaot” is a welcome we direct to a group of women. We will discuss ways to create a sisterhood for everyone by building an environment that is welcoming to all. When you create this welcoming environment, you will in turn attract a more diverse and stronger sisterhood.

Accountability is a key component of good leadership and mentorship in women's group/Sisterhood work, impacting trust and member interest in participation and volunteerism and confidence in organizational leadership. Together, we will discuss some key aspects of accountability including: goal setting, action plans, communication, financial management, time management and evaluation.
