Spirituality has always been a significant pillar of WRJ, making it unique among Jewish women’s groups. This workshop will explore how WRJ helped advance Jewish spiritual life throughout the years and set the stage for women clergy. We also will see how this pillar of WRJ continues to uplift the values and teachings of our faith to provide a connective thread that runs through everything WRJ does today, from engagement programs to the pursuit of social justice.

Evaluating success is essential for gaining insights into what we are doing well and what our future initiatives need to be.
In this workshop, attendees will hear about how to determine what is most important to measure, what are the indicators of success and what is the measure of great success. We will also focus on both quantitative and qualitative factors.
To measure success, you need goals, but not all goals are created equal. In the highly interactive session, we will also examine why evaluation is a crucial step not to be missed.

“Bruchot habaot” is a welcome we direct to a group of women. We will discuss ways to create a sisterhood for everyone by building an environment that is welcoming to all. When you create this welcoming environment, you will in turn attract a more diverse and stronger sisterhood.
